You will serve as a key liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, driving continuous improvement and maintaining our reputation for excellence. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage all aspects of the Quality Management System. /li liOrganize and participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. /li liReview contracts and supply agreements to identify and manage special quality requirements. /li liDevelop, update, and maintain bcontrol plans, procedures, and work instructions /b. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for clients on all quality‑related topics and project updates. /li liSupport production teams in problem‑solving and root cause analysis. /li liEnsure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. /li liOversee the use and programming of bCMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) /b and other measuring instruments. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in quality management within the automotive industry, able to conduct audits in accordance with IATF standards, respond to client audits, and serve as the primary contact during client audit processes. /li liStrong leadership and team coordination skills. /li liExcellent communication and mediation abilities. /li liFamiliarity with bCMM programming, GDT /b and use of bmeasuring instruments /b. /li liSkilled in writing and managing technical documentation. /li liProficiency in bMicrosoft Office tools /b (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). /li liSolid knowledge of bquality tools /b such as control plans, 8Ds, SPC, RR, MSA and others. /li /ul h3Employment Type /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Language Requirements /h3 pFluent Italian English (spoken and written).
