As a Junior IT Support & Service Desk Operator you will join Logispin's team responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and operation of the group’s corporate internal IT Infrastructure, including network, servers, desktops, printers and data storage. - Troubleshoot local system and local network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults. - Provide support, including updates when needed and follow procedural documentation. - Respond within SLAs to reported requests and incidents. - Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues. - Keep records of all IT company assets. - Test and evaluate new technology. - Provide support via remote assistance tools to other branch offices and establishments. Requirements: - Past experience in IT helpdesk support or a similar role. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
