The role reports to the Solution Marketing Manager Refrigeration – EEEMEA Region and focuses on identifying and promoting solutions to meet customers’ needs. /ppThe candidate will operate in the EEMEA Region within the Refrigeration market, coordinating with CAREL subsidiaries in the Region. The role supports the sales organisations in deploying new and existing solutions toward targeted sales channels, providing consultancy in the pre-sales phase and delivering internal and external training and activities. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the sales organisations in deploying new and existing solutions toward targeted sales channels. /liliProvide consultancy in the pre-sales phase and deliver internal and external training and activities. /liliContribute to devising new products by proposing and working on regional solutions; participate in ideation, development and deployment for new opportunities and related go-to-market strategies. /liliCollaborate with the Central Solution Marketing department for Refrigeration on promotional initiatives, defining communication plans, commercial materials, marketing campaigns, events and exhibitions. /liliAnalyze trends, conduct market investigations and incorporate voice of the customer to support the growth of CAREL brand and portfolio within the WE region. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliA degree in a technical field /liliConsolidated experience in REF equipment, electronics and/or thermodynamics (a plus) /liliExperience in B2B market with international exposure (a plus) /liliLanguages: English, Italian; additional European languages are a plus /liliCollaborative team player who values teamwork and contributes to a positive work environment /liliGoal orientation with good communication and negotiation skills /liliAbility to organize work by priority, define plans and monitor independently under concurrent deadlines /liliInternational outlook and desire to work in a multinational context /liliAvailability to travel up to 30% of working time /liliShare the values of CAREL Culture Code /liliPlace of work: Brugine, Padova (Veneto).
