PpJoin to apply for the bProject Scheduler Document Control Manager /b role at bCash Construction Company, Inc., a MasTec Company /b. /p h3Overview /h3 pCash Construction is hiring a central TX Project Scheduler / Document Control. As a Project Scheduler, you will oversee the resource management of in‑house and sub‑contracted field crews, assist the project manager with schedule planning, coordinate tasks, and monitor timelines of scheduled assignments. As a Document Control Manager, you will be responsible for managing the document control system, ensuring all documents are accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations. The role includes overseeing the documentation process from creation to archiving, managing document control staff, and ensuring all departments adhere to the document control procedures. /p pLocation Travel Details: This is a traveling position, up to 25% of the time, encompassing work sites in the assigned project area, covering a 90‑mile radius, and may include some overnight travel. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage resource management schedules for all assigned projects. /li liDevelop, implement, and maintain a scheduling management system. /li liIdentify process efficiencies and create and manage new processes to drive efficiencies within project schedules. /li liReview progressed schedules against schedule deadlines. /li liParticipate in meetings with senior operations management, peers and/or customers. /li liParticipate in estimating and bidding projects, contract negotiations, and change order preparation. /li liIdentify potential scheduling delays and facilitate remedial action. /li liTrack and report on the progress of project activities. /li liCollaborate with Project Managers, team members, and other stakeholders to gather information and update schedules. /li liWork independently on complex assignments to establish the Proposal or Project Baseline Schedule. /li liLead and execute Project Planning and Execution Planning Sessions. /li liLead and execute Logic Development, Schedule Updates and Forecasting. /li liEnsure client Project Controls and Reporting specifications and requirements are met per contract. /li liSupport Project Management with project reporting requirements. /li liDevelop and maintain document control systems and processes. /li liEnsure documents are correctly numbered, titled, filed, and archived. /li liManage the distribution and accessibility of documents to relevant parties. /li liOversee the review, approval, and distribution of documents. /li liEnsure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. /li liConduct regular audits to ensure the integrity of the document control system. /li liCoordinate with different departments to ensure document control needs are met. /li liHandle requests for document retrieval and reproduction. /li liMaintain a log of all document changes and ensure that all versions are properly tracked. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with Microsoft Project or P6; expert (MS Project preferred). /li liBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. /li liMinimum of 5‑10 years’ experience as a Project Scheduler in a related industry. /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills, Abilities /h3 ul liExperience supporting heavy civil and utilities construction projects. /li liStrong understanding of document control software and systems. /li liExcellent organizational and communication skills. /li liAttention to detail and a high level of accuracy. /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /li liKnowledge of regulatory requirements related to document control. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 bFinancial Wellbeing /b ul liCompensation $125K - $140K per year, commensurate with experience. /li liRelocation Assistance. /li liUp to 25% annual bonus, dependent on personal and company performance. /li liVehicle allowance + Fuel Card + Toll Tag. /li liCompetitive pay with ongoing performance review and merit increase. /li li401(k) with company match Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). /li liFlexible spending account (Healthcare Dependent care). /li /ul bHealth Wellness /b ul liMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance (plan choice) – coverage for spouse, domestic partner, and children. /li liDiabetes Management, Telehealth Coverage, Prescription Drug Plan, Pet Insurance. /li /ul bFamily Lifestyle /b ul liPaid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Bereavement Leave. /li liMilitary Leave, including Differential Pay and Benefits Continuation. /li liEmployee Assistance Program. /li /ul bPlanning for the Unexpected /b ul liShort and long‑term disability, life insurance, and accidental death dismemberment. /li liVoluntary life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity coverage. /li liEmergency Travel Assistance Program. /li liGroup legal plan. /li /ul pSeniority level: Mid‑Senior level. /p pEmployment type: Full‑time. /p pJob function: Management and Manufacturing. /p pIndustries: Construction. /p pReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Cash Construction Company, Inc., a MasTec Company by 2x. /p pMasTec, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
