Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunication Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development of advanced solutions for Wi Fi and 5 G communication systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute and impact the development of major vendors Wi Fi routers, Wi Fi mesh systems and 5 G
user equipment and repeaters. The successful candidate will be involved in the design, development, and optimization of next-generation smart antenna systems, leveraging latest Wi Fi and 5 G platforms, advanced algorithms, and wireless network technologies to enhance coverage, performance, and reliability.

Legnaro (PD) with flexibility for some remote working; Key Responsibilities:
-Smart Antenna Design & Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop smart antenna systems for Wi Fi (Wi Fi7 and Wi Fi8) and 5 G (NR) networks; Work with hardware engineers to integrate antenna systems into communication platforms, ensuring seamless operation and system compatibility. -Algorithm Development:
Develop and optimize algorithms for smart antenna control to enhance coverage, reliability, and performance of Wi Fi routers, mesh systems and 5 G (sub GHz and mm Wave) user equipment and repeaters; Implement and test algorithms in simulation environments through Python as well as commercial products from major vendors. -Software Development & Integration:
Design and develop embedded software for smart antenna control Write efficient and high-performance code in C for real-time antenna systems. -Performance Optimization & T esting: Design and conduct system validation and performance testing of smart antennas for
Wi Fi and 5 G networks under various operating conditions.
Debug and troubleshoot issues related to system integration and software components. Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure optimal performance of the overall system. -Collaboration & Technical Leadership:
Work closely with RF engineers, hardware designers, and test engineers to ensure the antenna system integrates smoothly with Wi Fi routers, mesh systems and 5 G (sub GHz and mm Wave) user equipment and repeaters; Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including systemarchitectures, interface specifications, and user manuals. Stay updated with the latest research in 5 G NR standards, and Wi Fi advancements.
Qualifications:
-Education: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field. A Ph D is a plus. -Experience:
2+ years of experience in wireless communication systems. Experience in developing and deploying software for wireless communication systems (Wi Fi, LTE, 5 G). -Technical Skills:
Familiarity with communication protocols, particularly Wi Fi (IEEE 802.11) Proficient in programming languages such as C and Python Knowledge of signal processing, digital communications, and RF front-end design. Experience in hardware-software co-design for real-time systems. -Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
