Field Service Technician
The activity includes all field service/repair and maintenance work on our thermal spray coating systems including the peripheral devices (sample industrial robots) at our customers. In addition, independent installations of new systems, commissioning, and training at customers as well part from the job.
Your Responsibilities
1. Installation and Commissioning of Oerlikon products
2. Preventive maintenance and calibration of Oerlikon equipment products and their subcomponents
3. Hard and Software upgrades of Oerlikon equipment products and their subcomponents
4. Training of internal and external operators and maintenance personal
5. Independent preparation for all Field Service activities
6. Support TCS (Technical Customer Support) for Hot-Line Phone support.
7. Proceeding of customer-oriented Field Service intervention documentation as Service Report.
8. Calibration and Preventive maintenance Report.
9. Obligation to inform the customers, management and the internal quality department concerning.
10. Equipment related safety and security issues.
Your Profile
11. Electrotechnical or mechanical education.
12. Good mechanical and pneumatical know-how.
13. Good know-how about PC’s hard and Software set-up and Network.
14. PLC programming and software set-up a plus.
15. Technician / Engineer Education a plus.
16. Intensive traveling to Oerlikon customers is required.
17. Good business English speaking is a must.
18. Good knowledge of PC-work (MS-Office).
19. Open and strong personality with positive and supportive mindset and very good. Communication skills.
20. Team oriented behaviour.
