Key responsibilities Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the Legal team. Prepare standard documents such as Minutes of Meetings, Powers of Attorney. Handle signing contracts and administrative follow-up. Register extracts/certificates, arrange legalizations, notarizations, and apostilles. Prepare letters, client invoices, and payment instructions, with relevant follow-up on payments. Manage incoming mail and phone calls. Responsible for filing and other administrative duties. Develop in-depth knowledge of your client portfolio. Relevant experience At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or with a professional services firm. Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus. Good presentation skills and client-oriented approach. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); able to work independently and in a team. Strong communication and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
