This person ensure efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. /p pThe position holder ensure that the project is planned and delivered according to schedule, scope, budget, quality expectations and meets all contractual requirements. /ppbr/ppThe position reports to the Project Management Manager and is based in Colico (LC), Italy. /p pSuccessful position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams. They demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills to manage project. /p pstronguTypical Responsibilities and Duties: /u /strong /pulliDeliver projects that meet scope, time, cost, and quality objectives. /liliAct as the single point-of-contact for all stakeholders (internal and external). /liliEngage with customers to understand high-level goals, business plans, and objectives. /liliManages and issues Change Order Requests (CORs) in response to customer-requests modification arising during project execution. /liliAssesses the impact of customer‑requested changes introduced during project execution on delivery schedules. /liliMonitors Witness Points and manages related notifications to customers. /liliTracks the project’s financial performance against the sales budget. /liliActs as the customer interface for all HSE-related aspects within assigned projects. /liliConducts risk analysis at project kickoff and leads the lessons-learned meeting at project closeout in collaboration with the Project Team. /liliIdentify risks, mitigation measures, and implement risk responses. /liliDrive synergies and opportunities. /liliCapture lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement. /liliSupport business functions in all phases of the project. /li /ul pstronguQualifications: /u /strong /pulliEducation: degree in management or Mechanical Engineering /liliTechnical Skills: familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (knowledge of MS Project is an advantage). /liliSoft Skills: excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, time management and problem solving. /liliLanguages: English proficiency required (spoken and written). /liliKnowledge of the product and manufacturing methods is considered a plus. /liliPrevious experience in PM roles is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppstronguCareer Advancement: /u /strong /ppSLB Eureka Technical Career (SETC) provides proven technical contributors with a career path that offers them recognition, reward, and influence that parallels an equivalent management progression.
