We are looking for for a Business Line Director – BI & Marketing Services, a strategic leader responsible for driving business growth, evolving the offering and coordinating commercial, operational and market development initiatives. The role will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and global/local competence centers to ensure competitiveness and strategic alignment across the Business Line.
The Business Line Director will define, lead and oversee the strategic, financial and operational activities of the Business Line, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, market needs and business priorities.
Main responsibilities:
1. Financial Management and Planning
* Definition of the Business Line budget and continuous monitoring of revenues and profitability.
* Identification of deviations and implementation of timely corrective actions.
2. Roadmap Definition and Operational Coordination
* Definition of the roadmap and coordination of cross-functional teams.
* Prioritisation and oversight of execution in alignment with strategic goals.
3. People Leadership and Team Development
* Leading, developing and motivating the team to enhance skills and drive professional growth.
4. Commercial Strategy and Go-to-Market
* Definition of the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Marketing and competence centers.
* Alignment between product roadmap, commercial readiness and market messaging.
5. Market Development and Governance
* Support the development of target markets, monitoring progress and performance.
* Continuous collaboration with vertical solution leaders and corporate stakeholders.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years' experience in B2B services (BI, marketing services or data-driven solutions preferred).
* Experience managing international business lines and product teams.
* Collaborative leadership with a strong focus on people development.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills in multicultural environments.
* Fluent English.
