PThe holder of this position is responsible for managing Issuing Solutions integration projects with external partners, from the execution phase through to the rollout of the developed and certified solutions. /ppThe scope of these projects includes the integration of Tax Free Shopping (TFS) functionalities into merchant solutions (terminals, POS systems) within the EU area. /ppThis position reports directly to the IT Director Italy and is based in Gallarate. /ppbNote: The position may require traveling. /b /ph3Main Duties and Responsibilities /h3olliDeliver Issuing Solutions implementation projects within scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring compliance with Global Blue Professional Services processes. /liliInterface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of TFS services. /liliSupport the definition, implementation, and governance of an efficient Partner Integration project process. /liliAssist the Commercial Organization and Partner Manager with technical and process consultancy. /liliEnsure that the implemented Issuing Solutions are properly integrated within the GB organization. /liliMaintain updated Country Requirements. /liliProvide technical pre-sales support. /liliOffer 2nd level support to the local FS teams. /liliConduct regular review meetings with the Partner Manager. /liliCollaborate mainly with line managers, Technology, Product, Commercial teams, and Partner Managers. /li /olh3Background and Education /h3ulliExperience in managing technical projects with external stakeholders. /liliEducational background in IT. /liliExperience working with virtual and distributed teams. /liliExperience in customer consulting services. /liliIndependent and self-motivated personality. /liliExperience in the retail industry is preferred. /li /ulh3Specific Skills and Knowledge /h3ulliSolid understanding of Point-of-sale technology and transactional systems. /liliEffective communication skills with external partners. /liliAccuracy and quick analytical skills to identify appropriate measures. /liliCustomer-oriented approach. /liliWillingness to delve into technical details. /liliStructured yet flexible in managing challenging situations. /liliStrong commitment, dedication, and perseverance. /liliGood knowledge of project management processes and tools. /liliExcellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
