In this role, you will act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of serialization systems. You will play a critical role in driving compliance with global regulatory requirements, enhancing supply chain visibility, and supporting end-to-end product traceability. /p h3Essential Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liBusiness Analysis Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify gaps, and translate requirements into functional specifications. /li liAnalyse serialization regulations (e.g EU FMD) and align system capabilities with compliance requirements. /li liMap and document end-to-end business processes, focusing on serialization and traceability workflows. /li liProject Coordination Stakeholder Management: Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and external solution providers to support serialization system implementations and upgrades. /li liAct as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on deliverables. /li liSystem Data Management: Assist in the configuration, testing, and validation of serialization systems (e.g, TraceLink, rfxcel ,Track and Trace, IRIS). /li liSupport the design and management of master data, serial number generation, and aggregation processes. /li liTroubleshoot serialization issues, coordinate resolution efforts, and recommend process improvements. /li liDocumentation Compliance: Maintain detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specs, test scripts, and training materials. /li liEnsure systems and processes align with industry best practices and meet GxP and regulatory compliance standards. /li liOther duties may be assigned. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFunctional and technical knowledge in the area of Serialisation. /li liTeam management for internal/external resources based in different regions. /li liAbility to communicate and collaborate with other IT professionals and business stakeholders. /li liProven analytical and problem resolution skills. /li liProactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans. /li liCommunicate status, solutions, and concerns. /li liEstablish and maintain strong relationships within the business/IT leadership. /li liStrong oral and written communication skills. /li liProcess oriented and committed to superior quality. /li liAbility to travel within and outside of the EMEA region. /li liAbility to search for innovative solutions and find ways to overcome obstacles. /li liAbility to develop functional specifications. /li liPositive and Quick Learning attitude. /li liOwnership and Leadership driving to completion. /li liTeam Player and support constructive debate. /li liUnderstand and follow appropriate SDLC quality validation processes. /li /ul h3Education And Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in related field required. /li li5 - 10+ years of Serialisation experience. /li liExperience working with technology vendors. /li liExperience in project management. /li liExpertise in healthcare and connected technology solutions. /li liExperience in Serialization for pharmaceutical environment. /li liKnowledge of IT governance and operations. /li /ul h3Reasonable Accommodation /h3 pVantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
