Oversees the Housekeeping Department and allocates the available resources to achieve the organizational goalsMaintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniformOrganize inventories with accounts and general stores for linen, uniform and fixed assetsDevelop and implement Housekeeping systems and proceduresAssist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to HousekeepingResolves guest problems quickly, efficiently and courteouslyOrganize on-the job training and evaluate its effectivenessRecommend recruitment of new personnelEvaluates the job performance of housekeeping staff & fills their appraisalsProficiently performs all tasks related to HousekeepingFeed, monitors and acts upon all reports related to housekeeping and laundryMaintains coordination & good communication with other
Core Competencies
