Purpose of the Position : As a Project Quality Engineer, reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be part of the Encar within E&C Onshore Bid Quality Management, managing and supporting a team of three.
Responsibilities include :
* Providing backup to the Project Quality Manager on contractual quality issues during tender and project execution phases.
* Supporting the PQM in defining and implementing the Project Quality Management System (PQMS), including preparing and distributing Project Quality Plans and procedures aligned with the Company QMS.
* Monitoring the correct implementation of PQMS through quality audits and ensuring coordination between quality and project management activities.
* Managing quality requirements in contractual documents with vendors and subcontractors.
* Maintaining the integrity of the QMS during project changes and conducting external audits to vendors and subcontractors.
* Managing nonconformities and promoting actions to prevent or address potential issues.
* Overseeing the Cost of Non-Quality process and ensuring quality knowledge within the project team, including training activities.
* Collecting and analyzing quality data, leading management reviews, and managing lessons learned processes.
* Implementing customer satisfaction processes and reporting project data using corporate tools.
Qualifications :
1. Master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Scientific disciplines.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.
3. Fluent in Italian and English.
4. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, especially ISO 9001, and leadership, communication, organization, and teamworking skills.
5. Proficiency in database management and system administration.
