Summary Knauf researches: 1 intern for the Sales Support & Customer Service department The department is responsible for supporting the sales network in monitoring and correctly applying the Company's commercial policies. In particular, the intern will be trained on: - Knauf customer segmentation criteria: sales channels, geographical area, turnover range. - methods of application of the company commercial policy - team work on the operational management of commercial conditions, the related monitoring and post-sales management of related complaints - analysis and understanding of sales processes also from a critical perspective and aimed at improving them - methods of managing relationships with customers and the sales force, in coordination with the needs of the Sales Support and Customer Service Team - interface with Marketing/One-CRM teams for the use of digital CRM tools Requirements - degree in economics, statistics, marketing and communications, management engineering - Fluent English and Italian - Good relational skills - ability to work in a team - desire to learn and get involved Objective of the internship: - acquisition of analytical skills in interpreting sales data - acquisition of tools to monitor the correct application of the commercial policy - acquisition of methodologies for evaluating the fundamental criteria that can define a good commercial policy based on the players and market dynamics Additional Information Place of work: Castellina M.ma (PI) Contract: Internship Salary: 700 Euro + Ticket Restaurant + transport allowance.
