Responsibilities
* Deliver an excellent sales experience, caring for and fulfilling customer desires.
* Achieve company sales objectives by managing customer relationships.
* Provide sales and post‑sales assistance.
* Organise the store, ensuring the sales floor, back‑office and stock are always tidy.
* Present the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand imagery correctly.
Qualifications
* Experience in retail (sales, returns, orders, etc.).
* Commercial orientation and ability to work in a team.
* Dynamic, flexible and available for varied turns.
* Strong relational and communication skills; able to adapt communication and interaction to different interlocutors, handle objections and conflicts.
* Problem‑solving mindset.
Professional Conditions
Comfortable with PC, Microsoft Office and communication applications; high tech aptitude.
Language Requirements
Excellent command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
