Stevanato Group is seeking a Clinical Business Development Specialist to join our headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD) on a fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the biotech industry and the injectable drug development process. You will play a dynamic and strategic role in driving business opportunities and expanding our clinical development services within the biopharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers within prospective client organizations through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads and initiate sales opportunities.
* Represent Stevanato Group at international tradeshows and conferences to promote our capabilities and follow up with leads generated through various channels.
* Drive the early-stage development of new projects related to biopharmaceutical and biosimilar services.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Account Managers, Product Management, Order Management, and Corporate Communications.
* Foster alignment and build connections with other business units and divisional sales teams across the Stevanato Group to ensure a cohesive customer engagement approach.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities within the CRM system.
Qualifications
* Degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields)
* Solid understanding of the biotech/pharma industry and drug development processes
* Previous experience in the biopharmaceutical sector is preferred
* Self-motivated, independent, persistent, and intellectually curious
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
