Community & Event Management Part-Timer
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Community & Event Management Part-Timer. This role requires a passion for community building, event organization, and content creation, with a focus on sustainability and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing vibrant communities, organizing high-impact events, and crafting meaningful content to share our mission and catalyze engagement. They will be a natural connector with a strong network of contacts in the sustainability and innovation sectors.
Responsibilities will include planning, promoting, and executing community-centric events that resonate with local audiences, co-creating with speakers, sponsors, and partners to maximize event value, facilitating conversations and exchanges that lead to collaboration, producing engaging content to showcase community voices and values, and reporting on impact, engagement, and insights to improve future activations.
This is a part-time opportunity (approximately 5-10 hours per week) with hourly compensation based on experience. Additional benefits may be offered based on results and milestones. The potential for long-term growth and deeper involvement in our initiatives is also available.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in community building, event organization, or content creation
* Passion for sustainability and collaboration
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Organized, resourceful, and comfortable juggling tools like Zoom, Canva, Slack, and social media
* Curious, adaptable, and always ready to learn
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
