You will partner with US/EMEA teams, manage local agencies, and guide corporate storytelling around Italy's theatrical expansion. You'll handle high‐profile media relations, events, and strategic counsel to leadership, delivering measurable earned media impact. This role offers a chance to influence cultural conversations and scale a growing theatrical business in Italy.ResponsibilitiesLead strategic publicity campaigns for all Italian theatrical releasesDevelop corporate messaging for Amazon MGM Studios' theatrical expansion in ItalyManage local agencies and external vendors to execute campaignsCoordinate press events, talent appearances, and premieres across ItalyCultivate relationships with media, critics, influencers, industry stakeholdersProvide strategic counsel to US and Italy leadership on market opportunitiesDevelop messaging and handle issues management for talent and spokespeopleMonitor campaign effectiveness and media coverage across ItalyDesign tastemaker events and activations to generate earned mediaOversee regional festival strategy in line with global prioritiesManage theatrical publicity budgets with focus on ROICollaborate with cross‐functional teams (marketing, social, digital, distribution)Present strategies and results to stakeholders and external partiesMentor junior team members and agenciesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related fieldEntertainment publicity experience in the Italian market with oversight of theatrical PR campaignsProven track record of leading theatrical publicity campaigns from strategy to executionExperience managing high‐profile talent relationships and navigating complex media situationsStrong relationships with Italian media outlets, journalists, critics, festival programmers, and cultural organizationsExperience managing agency relationships and publicity budgetsAbility to develop corporate messaging for business initiativesStrong written and verbal communication in Italian and EnglishExperience presenting strategies to senior stakeholders
