Responsible for supporting the efforts of Field Service team. Drives profitability of the portfolio in the assigned geographic region. Provides training, education, troubleshooting, new account set-up assistance, and new Field Services Representatives (FSR) training. Assists the management in driving business goals and may be involved in distributing scorecards, holding meetings, calls, and providing general support in driving the business goals within the territory. Educates clinics and office staff in the operation of DJO programs, products and service integration.
General application of concepts and principals to resolve a variety of issues. Works on problems of a moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Typically requires a degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
