The primary goal for a CSR Prom is to provide an excellent customer service experience.
Job Purpose
To provide customers with a pleasant experience by welcoming them, completing rental operations swiftly, providing information on ancillaries and refueling, resolving complaints, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
Key Result Areas
* Receive the customer at the counter and manage the rental agreement in compliance with company procedures and quality standards on TAS Web.
* Practice proactive behavior toward customers, maintaining courtesy and professionalism, and offering solutions to maximize satisfaction.
* Streamline and optimize available company assets (e.g., cars, systems, products, services, etc.) to deliver the best customer service and improve profitability.
* Coordinate check‑in operations and occasionally handle car park activities.
* Maximize profit by offering services and ancillary products to customers.
Educational Background
High school graduation or university education.
Professional Experience
Previous sales and customer service experience.
Knowledge
* Fluent level of English (+ second language)
* Full driving license
