This role is intended for a motivated and detail‐oriented professional with at least 2–3 years of previous experience in HR administration and support activities, gained in structured and dynamic working environments.Responsibilities
Support the HR Department in the management of day-to‐day activities, contributing to key processes related to personnel administration, recruitment, reporting, and organizational support.Participating in recruitment and selection processes, including drafting and publishing job advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.Managing personnel documentation and maintaining employee records.Handling the reporting of travel expenses for employees on business trips.Supporting the management and verification of monthly attendance records.Assisting in the analysis and monitoring of personnel costs.Supporting, when needed, the organization of travel arrangements for senior management.Providing general administrative support to the HR Department and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Qualifications
Degree in Law, Economics, Human Resources, or related fields.At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR support or HR administration role.Good knowledge of HR administrative processes and personnel documentation.Interest in personnel administration, labour law, and HR operations.Good knowledge of the English language.Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Academic background or further studies in labour law or HR management.Experience in coordinating logistics, travel arrangements, or internal events will be considered a plus.Master's degree or specialization in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration.
