It assistant (internship)

The position is within the framework of the Business Partner Community of the LVMH Beauty Italy, a structure composed of about 50 people involved in management control, administration and finance, Information Technology, logistics, general services and customer service for all the Brands of the Division (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo Parfums, Benefit and Make Up For ever).

MISSION

As part of the Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) department, with a focus on Infrastructure & Customer Service, the intern will support the team in the following activities:

• Hardware and software configuration for company Laptops (with a particular focus on Office 365 and collaboration tools Teams/Zoom), printers, VoIP/Teams phones, and mobile devices;
• Providing second-level support for hardware and software issues related to company devices;
• Monitoring and configuring Microsoft and Apple client systems (Windows and iOS);
• Assisting in the management of daily IT operations, ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure;
• Supporting IT requests through dedicated tools (ticketing systems);
• Participating in projects aimed at the implementation and improvement of IT infrastructure, with a focus on security and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a technical diploma in an IT-related field;
• Knowledge of key operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS, and iOS) and familiarity with hardware/software configuration tools;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly Outlook, OneDrive, and collaboration tools (Teams/Zoom );
• Knowledge of Active Directory/Domain (appreciated but not mandatory);
• Knowledge of Networking topics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities;
• Proactive mindset and a strong team-oriented approach;
• Digital mindset and a keen interest in the IT sector, particularly in structured corporate environments;
• Fluent in English
