The selected candidate, appointed as Business Development Specialist, after an initial onboarding and shadowing period, will be responsible for: Developing business within the assigned area This role represents a key opportunity to gain an international perspective of the business, develop a cross-functional understanding of company operations, actively contribute to the region's strategic growth, and operate as a true team player in a multicultural environment. Develop and strengthen commercial relationships with local and global clients Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and prospecting activities Monitor commercial KPIs and sales performance, contributing to the achievement of branch targets Utilize digital tools and corporate CRM systems to manage sales activities and pipeline effectively Availability for international relocation for a minimum period of 3–5 years Fluency in Italian (C1 level) and a good command of English (minimum B2 level) Entry level of Spanish (minimum B1) or alternatively, a strong willingness to develop this language quickly is required.
