Si assicuri di aver compreso tutte le responsabilità e i compiti associati a questo ruolo prima di procedere.Manage product data, translations, and sales materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Support planning and execution of product launches, range updates, and limited editions, including product presentations and coordination with cross‐functional teams.Manage pricing activities through preparation and maintenance of price lists and customer‐specific plans.Monitor product performance and assist reporting activities in collaboration with sales teams.Coordinate with Operations to manage order flows, stock allocation, and product availability, ensuring smooth execution and minimizing leftovers.Maintain and update master data across systems and customer platforms.Ensure timely communication and alignment with internal stakeholders and customers.Support e‐commerce operations, including product content management and online assortment definition.Collaborate closely with the Italian team and maintain effective communication with headquarters in Germany.QualificationsExperience in the FMCG industry (preferably in the beauty sector), ideally within S&OP; or Customer Service functions.University degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and planning skills.Customer‐oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.Proactive and goal‐driven approach, strong team spirit, collaborative attitude, positivity, resilience, hands‐on mentality, and flexibility.Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (advanced); knowledge of SAP is a plus.Native or fluent Italian and good English (B2 or higher) for working with local teams and the German headquarters.Benefits30 vacation days per year, plus four weeks of paid
