* Coordinating activities across the General Accounting and CoA workstreams, ensuring timelines, dependencies and priorities are clearly aligned
* Supporting the Tribe Lead in governance routines, reporting, issue tracking and cross‐team communication
* Monitoring delivery progress and proactively identifying, assessing and escalating risks or emerging issues
* Enabling fluid information flow across teams by organizing alignments, preparing materials and ensuring clarity of actions and ownershipOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* University degree in STEM
* Experience in project coordination, PMO activities or program management within complex environments
* Prior exposure to Finance, insurance processes or transformation programs is considered a plus
* Ability to manage cross team dependencies and timelines
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), work management tools (e.G., DevOps) and reporting preparation
* Understanding of Finance processes (General Accounting, CoA) or strong willingness to learn
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)Soft Skills:
