This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead quality initiatives, manage client relationships across global markets, and ensure successful project delivery. As part of our global Quality organisation, you’ll oversee compliance, drive continuous improvement, and build trusted partnerships internally and externally. /ppbMain Objective Challenges : /b /ppThe core objective of this role is to deliver projects to the highest quality standards while managing international client relationships. You will collaborate with functional groups across the business, working with clients worldwide (Europe, South Korea, and beyond). A fair degree of travel is required, along with strong leadership in ensuring compliance, project delivery, and effective stakeholder management. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the development, implementation, and improvement of standardized Quality Procedures and Policies. /liliManage internal and supplier audits, ensuring compliance with NOV standards and regulatory requirements. /liliOversee Non-Conformance processes, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and corrective actions. /liliPartner with Purchasing to evaluate and monitor suppliers, focusing on critical and high-quality processes. /liliTrack and report Quality KPIs, providing insights for management reviews. /liliChampion risk management, change management (MOC), and contingency processes. /liliDeliver training and mentoring to QA personnel, strengthening quality capabilities across the organisation. /liliRepresent the Quality function in client-facing and cross-functional meetings. /liliSupport supplier management and product quality initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality plans (ITPs). /liliTravel internationally to support audits, client meetings, and project delivery. /li /ulh3Skills and Qualifications /h3ulliNative / fluent in Italian and English. /liliDegree qualified (engineering or related field). /lili4+ years of Quality Assurance / Quality Management experience. /liliExperience with engineering assessments of hydraulic and similar equipment. /liliProficiency in the MS Office Suite. /liliCertified Lead Auditor with strong compliance knowledge. /liliERP system knowledge (Oracle preferred). /liliUnderstanding or experience with crane equipment, winches, and gas equipment. /liliExperience developing and executing ITPs (Inspection Test Plans) or Quality Plans. /liliProven client-facing experience, ideally in global settings. /li /ulh3About NOV Remacut /h3pWe are part of the Marine and Construction business segment and our Pipe and Cable Lay Team consists of approximately 50 employees in Rivoli (ITALY) and Stonehouse (UK) with specialist areas within sales, engineering, project implementation, fabrication, testing and aftermarket services.
