You will collaborate with multiple business departments to ensure seamless system integration and efficiency. You will contribute:Participate and contribute in the entire implementation process for new applications and enhancements to existing ones;Provide input on overall solution architecture, main focus will be on AS400 and future SAP Retail migration;Coordinates Suppliers to build and test applications;Meet with business partners to understand business needs;Conduct root cause analysis and implement basic performance tuning;Ensure solution meets business needs.-Must Have:Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or related degree;5-10 years of experience in software development, system integration, and ERP solutions;Strong expertise in AS400;Knowledge of the software development life-cycle;Experience in the usage of UML;An individual with 3-4 years of experience in a similar position;An expert in Retail system integration, Retail application delivery, technically proficient but business minded;Experienced in a Retail and omnichannel operations context.Team player, collaborative with a remarkable client first attitude;Concrete, rational and able to work with tight deadlines;Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Nice to have:Knowledge of SAPor others ERPKnowledge of retail market-Location: Verano Brianza (MB).Further information:Smart-working available.
