Key Responsibilities
Supporting the implementation of quality and food safety systems.
Assessing compliance against internal standards and closing identified gaps.
Maintaining documentation management systems.
Supporting the product release process.
Supporting the closure and verification of audit findings.
Executing Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Internal Audit, Management of Change (MOC), customer complaint, validation, and calibration programs.
Leading on-floor internal audit programs and tracking KPIs.
Managing customer complaint issues and driving continuous improvement.
Facilitating quality trainings and sharing best practices.
Educational and Skills Background
Food Technology degree or related field.
Preferred qualifications include English speaking proficiency.
3-5 years of experience in a food/pet food manufacturing environment.
The position requires strong project management, communication, and critical thinking skills, as well as knowledge of HACCP, cGMPs, and SPC.
