Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in glass industry
- Strong knowledge of customer complaint resolving process, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in managing quality processes across production plants and coordinating with cross‑functional teams
- Ability to present complex technical matters in a clear and effective way
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluent in Italian
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Job Description
- Supporting the Regional Quality Manager in leading and managing quality operations within the assigned product group to ensure alignment with the company’s vision, strategy, and strategic plan
- Managing quality issues, non-conformities, and returns in coordination with regional execution teams and plant quality engineering departments
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality data; providing guidance on quality methods and standards used in plant operations
- Monitoring product and process quality performance, identifying trends, and implementing improvement actions
- Conducting root cause analyses for quality issues and implementing preventive measures across products, processes, and regions
- Leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with production, R&D;, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the value chain
- Supporting the development and implementation of quality training programs and best practice sharing across sites
