Position Summary We are looking for a Compliance & Quality Officer to oversee and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001), GDP, AEO and other certification compliance, ensuring full adherence to international standards, customer requirements and regulatory frameworks across all operations. The role will act as a key reference point for audits, procedures, risk management and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Quality & Compliance
Maintain and develop the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Ensure full GDP compliance for pharmaceutical logistics operations Monitor compliance with IATA, ENAC, customs, transport and logistics regulations Manage certifications, renewals and surveillance audits Prepare, update and control SOPs, work instructions and quality records Plan and conduct internal audits Manage non-conformities, investigations, CAPA and risk assessments Perform gap analysis and continuous improvement actions Organize compliance and training for operational and warehouse staff Promote a quality and compliance culture across the company
Reporting & Management Support
Prepare quality reports and KPIs for management Support management reviews Act as main interface with clients on compliance topics
Requirements Education & Experience
Degree in Quality Management, Logistics, Engineering, Life Sciences or similar 3+ years experience in a compliance / quality role within logistics, freight forwarding, pharma or regulated industries Strong knowledge of: ISO 9001:2015 GDP Guidelines Risk management and audit processes
Skills
Excellent organizational and documentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and cross-functionally Confident communication with auditors, clients and authorities
Languages
English: good working proficiency (B2 or higher)
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in pharma cold chain logistics Knowledge of IATA, DGR, aviation or customs compliance Experience in multi-site or international environments Experience with E-QMS systems
