Social network you want to login/join with: Description Your Role We are looking for a SUPPLIER QUALITY TECHNICIAN for the new Affinity team, which will structure the new Mantova plant. Mantova plant is part of the Affinity project, representing a pivotal moment for the company: this new factory will focus on Wet production, opening new markets and opportunities for our group. The process of structuring the plant involves building a dedicated team to support this ramp-up. Based in Mantova and part of the Central Quality Team, reporting directly to the Vendor Assurance Manager of Affinity, this role will oversee supplier quality assurance, including audits, risk assessments, and raw material controls. What you will do Carry out risk assessments Update the suppliers platform and review documentation Manage documentation between the supplier platform and SAP Perform audits and technical visits to suppliers internationally Manage and review supplier self-assessments Coordinate external audits when necessary Manage incident reports and evaluate supplier performance, including data analysis from LIMS & SAP QM Manage co-packer control plans in coordination with R&D What we are looking for Science Degree, preferably in Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, Agronomist Engineering, or similar Experience in quality management dealing with ingredients and suppliers Experience in an international supplier quality team is a plus GFSI LAC food safety certification is desirable Internal auditor training and auditing experience (internal or second-party audits) is desirable Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken); knowledge of other EU languages is a plus Dynamic, proactive, and capable of self-organization Good planning skills Teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently on tasks Availability to travel up to 30% What we offer Ticket Restaurant Amazon product discount Free Parking Access to the Affinity University platform for professional development Celebrations & Fun If you don’t meet all the requirements, don’t worry.
