TM) /h3 h3YOU ACT /h3 pThe Technical Manager is the central contact person for engineering in the project related to a dedicated product and product guarantees. The Technical Manager (TM) is responsible for the efficient and cost-, time- and quality-compliant management of engineering work packages related to the product under the top premise of project success. The TM coordinates the engineering of the Technical System Managers (TSM) and manages engineering interfaces related to the product. The TM is responsible for the Engineering and to be consulted for Procurement and Construction Commissioning for the dedicated product. In L-Projects, the Technical Manager TS can take over the role of Technical System Manger (TSM) in addition. /p ul liInitiates, coordinates, and controls all engineering activities to ensure in-cost, in-time and in-quality execution; /li liLeads the engineering and ensures effective interdisciplinary coordination and collaboration; /li liRepresents the dedicated product in internal and external meetings; /li liActs as technical contact person for inquiries from customers and site; /li liManages engineering budget in alignment with Technical Sales Managers; /li liExecutes Quality Checks; /li liParticipates in the kick-off meeting and project start-up work shop; /li liAnalyses the contract for completeness of technical documentation and correctness of technical concept with regard to limits on supplies, performance and interfaces; /li liCompiles and assesses the risks and opportunities; /li liEstablishes compliance of technical and safety standards; /li liChecks and updates engineering budget; /li liEnsures that the technical documentation is compiled and handed over on time and in full, in accordance with the customer contract. /li /ul h3YOU KNOW /h3 ul liResponsible for the successful, in-budget, in-time and in-quality engineering along with customer satisfaction for the dedicated product; /li liResponsible for the validity, integrity, and up-to-dateness of engineering progress and status reporting for the dedicated product; /li liResponsible for the implementation and adherence of product safety precautions for the dedicated product; /li liResponsible for the technical risk management for the dedicated product; /li liResponsible for change management for the dedicated product; /li liAccountable for conduction and documentation of appropriate design reviews and approvals for the dedicated product; /li liAccountable for the compliance of the dedicated product with the contractual specifications and performance parameters. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
