Conduct global investigations in line with laws, regulations and internal policies Manage end‑to‑end investigation workflow including intake, strategy, plans, interviews and evidence review Maintain confidential case management records and update case registry Present findings to management and stakeholders as needed Collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit to propose corrective actions Support process improvements, templates, and data analytics for investigations Lead training and awareness campaigns to promote a speak‑up culture Monitor regulatory changes related to whistleblowing and investigations Mentor junior investigators and contribute to team development Responsabilità

7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, audit or related roles with investigation experience Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Law, Business, Ethics, Compliance, or related field Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical thinking skills with business and financial acumen Organized, reliable, discreet with strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to influence and operate within a cross‑cultural context Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with case management tools; data analytics a plus Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
