PpAct as a trusted HR partner to managers and leaders of the Italian Organization, providing timely coaching and guidance while ensuring smooth coordination with the shared service center and benefits vendors. You will also take ownership of compliance and engagement activities to support the integrity of HR operations and continuous nurturing of our culture. /ppbABOUT YOU /b /ppYou are a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional with 7+ years of experience supporting managers and Primos through coaching and HR guidance. /ppYou thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong interpersonal skills, and can effectively collaborate with shared service centers and external vendors. /ppYour solid understanding of HR policies, payroll processes, and compliance requirements, including SOX audits, enables you to contribute confidently to the team’s success. /ppbRESPONSIBILITIES /b- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE /pulliAct as a trusted point of contact for line business managers, providing day-to-day HR support, coaching, and guidance on Primo matters including performance, development, employee relations, and team effectiveness at all stages of the employee experience cycle. /liliAssist in implementing HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and HR plans. /liliEnsure fair and consistent application of HR policies and comply with relevant employment laws and regulatory requirements. /liliEmbed new processes and ensure high quality service delivery in operations and administration /liliCollaborate and engage with the wider HR and business community to provide a responsive, consistent and forward-thinking HR service /liliProvide accurate and timely monthly payroll input to the Shared Service Center (BES) /liliSupport talent succession review cycles, providing tools, communication, and guidance to ensure timely and effective execution. /liliSupport the identification of training needs and coordinate to implement development initiatives for Primos and teams connected to business priorities and targets. /liliEnsure fair compensation packages to ensure internal equity and external relevance. /liliAssist in the delivery of organizational change programs by supporting communication, transition activities, and manager readiness. /liliDrive Primo engagement activities, team-building initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building efforts across the organization to energize, excite and engage employees. /liliTake charge of audits related to HR processes, coordinating audit activities, gathering documentation, addressing audit queries, and ensuring controls are in place and effective. /liliAct as the primary contact for external benefits vendors, managing relationships, supporting Primos with benefit queries, and ensuring smooth delivery of services. /liliEnsure an HR function which delivers best in class service to employees /liliOversee resourcing plan and strategy, driving diversity and inclusion in all talent activities /liliManage and deliver best in class inductions and onboarding activities across the team /liliSupport in recruitment processes in partnership with BES and the Line Manager /liliPreparing legal documents such as hiring letters, and changes of contracts.
