Ph3Overview /h3pLead - Social Content Marketing, Amazon Music /ppWhat You’ll Own: You will architect the social identity and content ecosystem that fuels our brand love, builds community, and empowers fandom—ultimately making Amazon Music the most culturally relevant and fan-forward audio brand in India. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSocial Strategy Brand Voicebr/- Create and evolve the brand’s identity across social channels, positioning Amazon Music as a cultural participant, not just a music appbr/- Develop a channel-first strategy that fosters engagement, advocacy, and community among audio loversbr/- Define frameworks that drive consistency while encouraging experimentation and bold creativitybr/- Use insights on culture, fandom, and platform signals to inform creative decisionsbr/- Partner closely with Brand, PR, Product, and Global teams to champion the role of social as a business-impacting leverbr/- Manage budgets, agency relationships, and creative production pipelines end-to-end /liliCulture Pop-Culture Leadershipbr/- Proactively identify emerging cultural moments, fandom trends, and platforms where music and conversations thrivebr/- Build Amazon Music’s role within India’s pop-culture ecosystem through real-time, reactive, and creator-collaborative contentbr/- Stay ahead of what’s shaping culture - genres, films, artists, memes, subcultures, and make the brand a relevant voice in them /liliContent Fandom Marketingbr/- Leverage music-driven content, from artist collaborations to film tie-ins, to deepen fandom and drive streaming behaviorbr/- Partner with Label Relations, Editorial, Partner Marketing Originals teams to amplify top releases, playlists, podcasts, and cultural propertiesbr/- Drive creator-led advocacy by collaborating with YouTube/Instagram creators IPs that influence audio consumptionbr/- Build measurement systems tied to brand love, engagement velocity, conversion influence, and community health /liliMoments That Matterbr/- Shape a tentpole calendar that champions key cultural moments and builds ownable brand Ipsbr/- Conceptualize and launch recurring content franchises that build habit and deepen brand recallbr/- Lead always-on social listening to respond with agility and cultural fluency /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulli7–10 years of work experience in social/content marketing within youth culture, entertainment, consumer tech /liliDeep understanding of Indian pop-culture, fandom behaviors, and creator ecosystems /liliA digital-native storyteller with strong instincts for platform shifts, community behavior, and emotional storytelling /liliComfortable operating in high-growth, fast-changing environments with a Bias for Action /liliSkilled in data-led decision-making while championing bold creative bets /liliLeadership experience in managing creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders /li /ulh3About the team /h3pAmazon Music India is transforming the way fans experience music, podcasts, and audio entertainment.
