RECRUITMENT AGENT - Remote
Objectives:
Identify and attract potential healthcare professionals interested in working in Belgium or France.
Establish and maintain contact with candidates during the initial stage of the expatriation process.
Oversee the recruitment process in close collaboration with the company and in accordance with defined principles.
Requirements:
Italian language: native
Fluency in spoken and written English (
mandatory requirement
).
Previous experience in client management or staff recruitment (preferably in the healthcare sector)
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Results-oriented and focused on working towards objectives.
Integrity, dynamism and initiative.
Organization and attention to detail.
Autonomy and the ability to manage your own work schedule.
Proficiency in Sourcing tools, Office, Outlook, Skype, Microsoft Teams.
