Your opportunity
The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a new Guest Personal Assistant,being basedat our Mall inSanremo.
The Guest Personal Assistant will provide the Welcome Lounge team with essential support, ensuring a smooth client experience and collaborating in tracking clients visiting The MallSanremo. The person will work in a very dynamic context, guaranteeing the best shopping experience for our clients.
How you will contribute
1. Welcome clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets andprovideexcellent customer service.
2. Assistwith the loyalty program by inviting clients to subscribe, explaining points accumulation, and managing rewards redemption.
3. Support clients as a personal shopper, whenrequested.
4. Record individual guests and groups using The Mall Luxury Outlets’ digital tools.
5. Handle client requests received via email and phone, coordinating with the Tourism Marketing Team.
6. Coordinate with The Mall Luxury Outlets partners to help ensure service standards are respected.
7. Check the In Mall image and its alignment with The Mall Luxury Outlets guidelines, sharing updates with the Marketing team.
8. Present and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, supporting product storytelling and collecting sales and client feedback.
9. Support clients as a personal shopper, whenrequested.

10. An organized, yet flexible multi-tasking person
11. A professional with proven relational skills, hospitality & luxury background will be considered a plus
12. A fluent Italian, French, and English speaker; Russian, Arabic, or Chinese will be considered a strong asset
13. A team player willing to be part of a larger group with common goals
14. A proactive person, with a positive approach
15. Expert user of MS Office Suite
