Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture in our new Boutique in Milan Malpensa.
As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the Ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and you can make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.
YOUR IMPACT
* Manage the relationship with the clients in the Boutique, aiming to sell products and presenting the Brand Image effectively. Provide product and event information.
* Mentor new team members with training and coaching, collaborating with the boutique managerial team to ensure proper Dior induction for all staff.
* Build customer loyalty through CRM actions: contact/information retrieval, follow‑up activities, event organization, and new ideas.
* Ensure a welcoming client‑focused environment, offering best‑in‑class service in person, over the phone, and via e‑communication.
* Problem‑solve in partnership with the team to resolve each client issue for the benefit of the business and the client.
Profile Requirements
* Knowledge of selling techniques.
* Fluency in Chinese and English (other languages are a plus).
* Basic knowledge of Office 360 and other digital software.
