Job Description
Job title - Business Analyst
Department - Information Technology
Reports to - Sr. Business Analyst
Location - Foligno (PG) Italy
Job Summary
 * Be the first point of contact for SMEs and ERP user, for application issues.
 * Build / maintain relationships with SMEs and have a network of contacts to help understand different functions and processes within the business
 * Take in charge incidents, and ensure all issues are dealt with within SLA's and assigned to developers when necessary.
 * Collaborate in business-as-usual change management process.
 * Provide support and advice to users in creating test plans and performing first pass / stage testing as appropriate.
 * Report changes requests
 * Work with software supplier and users when required to ensure software meets business needs in terms of functionality and appearance.
 * Work with other team members provide business process improvements consistent with departmental standards.
 * Provide support and advice to end users to provide for maximum personal productivity.
 * Support BA as required on software projects through each step of the Software Development Life Cycle.
 * To work within the requirements of the Company's Health and safety, Quality and Environmental management systems
Specific Responsibilities
 * Supports SME and users as first point of contact for related applications and processes.
 * Works with consultants, internal development team and the business to define and test the new functional implementations and maintenance tasks on time and on budget.
 * Supports Business Analysts in constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
 * Supports Business Analysts for Change Management to ensure change requests are defined accurately and with enough detail for our development team to progress.
 * Proposes enhancements and bug fixing.
 * Writes internal procedure and FAQ
 * Define test plans and perform first pass / stage suite testing.
 * Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation.

Job Holder Requirements
Knowledge of:
Infor Cloud Suite Industry (Syteline 10) ERP, Jira, Software Documentation, Software Development Process, Change Management.
Personal skills:
Relationship Building and Networking, Analysing Information, Teamwork, Verbal and Written Communication, Plan Development, Software Testing.
Ability to manage multiple tasks from beginning to completion.
Good written and verbal communication skills are crucial for working with all stakeholders
