PpZappos is looking for a Site Marketing to join our Brand Marketing team to support the strategic planning and execution of our daily site content, editorial initiatives, and sitewide promotions. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have an ability to partner across teams successfully and effectively. This individual will assist in the management of site content and strategy planning. They will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, an ability to work quickly and under pressure, and be able to work in close collaboration with Editorial, Creative (Design Art Direction), Content Development, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and Tech teams. /p pThe role is 100% onsite in office (Madison, WI or New York). /p h3Key Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive site content calendar planning and implementation in partnership with key stakeholders across Zappos /li liCoordinate marketing plans for major sitewide promotions, including asset management and creative brief development /li liSupport COOP marketing program through strategic calendar planning /li liPartner with Editorial, Creative, Web Content Development, and Merchandising teams to execute daily site content /li liDevelop and manage creative briefs for site content initiatives and promotional campaigns /li liBuild and QA sitewide promotions using internal tools to ensure accurate execution /li liMaintain quality control through daily site content reviews across all customer-facing platforms /li liGenerate actionable insights from content and campaign performance to inform future planning /li liContribute to process improvements for calendar planning and content workflows /li liPartner with cross-functional teams to implement content best practices and optimization recommendations /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience /li liExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) /li liExperience in a marketing role /li liBachelor's degree in a related field /li liExperience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment /li liExperience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels /li liExperience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment /li liExperience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization /li liKnowledge of Excel and PowerPoint /li liExperience in problem solving and delivering results /li liExperience communicating and presenting to senior leadership /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.) /li liExperience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges /li liExperience in the fashion industry /li liExperience using data and trends to articulate business needs or equivalent /li /ul pOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $54,400 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300 per year in our highest geographic market.
