RINA is currently recruiting for an Italy Management System Certification Planner to join its offices in Ancona, Genoa, Milan, Rome, Venice, Turin (ITALY), within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division. Mission The role focuses on certification audits planning. Key Accountabilities Coordinate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to define audit dates, scopes, and logistical details. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of audits. Manage and contribute to the development of planning tools and systems to track audit status and resource availability. Develop and maintain the audit calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of auditors and resources across certification schemes. Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints, escalating issues when necessary. Support reporting and KPI tracking related to audit planning performance and capacity utilization. Collaborate with other Certification Operations and Commercial teams to align planning with contractual commitments and client expectations. Education High School Diploma / GED or Bachelor’s Degree in other fields. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles. Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
