On behalf of an international Real Estate Developer with a portfolio of directly owned commercial properties, we are currently seeking a: /ppbLeasing Manager /b /ppThis is a key position offering high visibility and autonomy within a lean local structure. The selected candidate will play a strategic role in the commercial success of the company's assets in Italy, contributing to occupancy targets and long-term value creation. /ppThe Leasing Manager will report locally and interact regularly with international stakeholders at HQ level, collaborating with external partners as well as the internal Project Management and Property teams. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and implement leasing strategies for both existing and development-phase assets in Italy; /liliLead direct negotiations with prospective tenants, including commercial and contractual terms; /liliCoordinate and monitor external brokers and advisors involved in the leasing process; /liliDevelop leasing marketing materials (brochures, presentations, fact sheets), in collaboration with agencies or with the support of the international HQ; /liliDrive the promotion of available spaces, including participation in sector events and pre-letting campaigns; /liliWork closely with the internal Project Development team to align technical specifications with leasing targets; /liliInterface with the property manager to ensure consistency between commercial agreements and operational management; /liliConduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform positioning and pricing strategies; /liliProvide regular reports on leasing pipeline, deal status, occupancy, and related KPIs. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliUniversity degree in Economics, Engineering, Law or related disciplines; /liliAt least 5-8 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within a real estate developer, institutional investor, or owner-side advisory firm; /liliProven experience in leasing commercial properties, with a strong preference for office asset class exposure; /liliStrong knowledge of Italian leasing practices and commercial real estate market dynamics; /liliProven ability to manage leasing negotiations independently; /liliFluent in English (written and spoken); /liliComfortable working in an international environment with multicultural stakeholders; /liliProactive, results-driven, with excellent relationship management skills. /li /ulpAegis guarantees equal opportunities (L. 903/77) - Aegis Srl, AUT.
