Junior Social Media Manager
SpecificWe are looking to recruit a Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our company headquarters in Modena, Italy.
RoleThe Junior Social Media Manager will work in one or more teams dedicated to the promotion and communication of specific products and campaigns.The team will usually be composed of product managers, product owner, marketing manager, product marketing manager, designers, content creators, and external partners.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of social media strategies aligned with marketing objectivesAssist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platformsEnsure consistency of brand voice and visual identity under team guidanceCoordinate with internal teams for the production of social media assetsMonitor basic social media performance metrics and report insightsMaintain social media calendars and support content schedulingAssist in community management activities (comments, messages)Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
Tasks/ActivitiesAssist in the creation and management of editorial calendarsWrite and edit social media copy with supervisionCoordinate with design and video teams for asset deliverySchedule and publish posts using social media toolsTrack basic KPIs such as engagement and reachPrepare simple performance reportsSupport product launches and campaign activities on social channelsAssist in influencer and collaboration activities.
