As the first point of contact, you will be essential in setting the tone for a luxury experience, managing the hotel entrance, and ensuring every guest feels recognized and valued from the moment they arrive. Primary Responsibilities Include
* Greeting all guests with a warm and professional demeanor, opening car and hotel doors.
* Managing the flow of traffic at the hotel entrance, coordinating with valets and porters.
* Assisting guests with luggage and directing them to the reception or concierge.
* Providing guests with basic information about the hotel and local area.
* Maintaining the security and pristine appearance of the hotel entrance and lobby.
* Hailing taxis and arranging transportation for guests.
* Recognizing repeat guests and VIPs.
Requirements
What You Bring:
* Previous experience as a Doorman or in a similar guest-facing role within a 5-star luxury hotel.
* Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A confident, proactive, and courteous personality.
* Fluent in Italian and English. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
* The ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various conditions.
