DESIGN ENGINEER – CAB HVAC SYSTEMS
As part of the engineering team, you will contribute to the development of advanced HVAC systems for vehicle cabins, working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsabilities:
-Support design and development of HVAC hardware components and subsystems
-Contribute to CAD review and packaging integration within the vehicle
-Support co-design activities with suppliers and engineering partners
-Contribute to system sizing and simulations (1D, CFD, FEA), including airflow, pressure drop and thermal performance analysis
-Support early feasibility and pre-development activities (layout proposals, preliminary sizing, packaging solutions) before supplier engagement
-Support testing, validation activities and issue resolution
-Ensure alignment with system requirements and integration constraints
-Contribute to technical documentation and product deliverable
-Interface with cross-functional teams (validation, purchasing, manufacturing, quality)
-Prepare technical correspondence and documentation in English
•3–5 years of experience in HVAC or thermal systems (automotive or commercial vehicles)
•Experience in mechanical design and system integration
•Good knowledge of thermal systems, HVAC layout and components
•Knowledge of CAD (CATIA V5/V6) and PLM tools
