We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all IT systems run efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide real-time technical support and analysis for internal and external business users.
* Ensure the smooth running of IT operations, including user support, IT systems, domain services, communications, and connectivity.
* Work proactively with team members to provide support as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Solve complex problems by taking a broad perspective to identify potential solutions.
* Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise relative to products, systems, programs, and business processes.
* Identify and address user problems, perform follow-up with users to guide and implement recommended solutions.
* Manage crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.

Qualifications:
">
* A degree in a computer systems-related field is preferred.
* Computer-related certifications such as A+, MCP, or similar are considered an advantage.
* A degree in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge gained from previous experience within the fields of IT Support is required.
* Previous work experience with IT service delivery, preferably in a global service desk setting, is an advantage.
* Travel may be required at times to remote offices.
* The ability to be on call and work weekends when necessary is required.

Technical Skills:
">
* Excellent written and verbal communication of technical concepts.
* A strong analytical and organizational skillset, with the ability to work with multiple tasks towards an agreed target.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Maintenance of knowledge on current and new applicable technologies.
* Advanced knowledge of Windows PC/Server operating systems.
* The ability to install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware workstations, peripherals, printers, scanners, copiers, iPhones, and iPads.
* The ability to lift PCs, Servers, etc., as necessary.
* The ability to work with technical and non-technical users.
* The ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial IT equipment.
* Experience with Italian Industry 4.0 audits is preferred.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint is preferred.
* Knowledge of M3, SQL Server is preferred.
* Knowledge of Antivirus support, backup, and recovery is preferred.
