For a pharmaceutical project in Nerviano (MI), we are looking for a Contract & Procurement Administrator to join the team on site.
You will support contract administration, procurement activities, and cost monitoring within a structured project environment, working in coordination with the wider project team.
Key Responsabilities
* Support contract administration activities with suppliers and contractors
* Assist in procurement processes, including RFQs, vendor coordination, and documentation follow-up
* Track commitments, purchase orders, and project expenditures
* Support cost monitoring and reporting activities
* Maintain and organize project documentation and records
* Interface with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams
Requirements
* Previous experience in contract administration, procurement support, or similar roles
* Experience in industrial projects, preferably in pharma, EPC, or EPCM environments
* Previous exposure to EPCM project execution is strongly preferred
* Basic understanding of cost tracking, procurement workflows, and project documentation
* Familiarity with contracts, suppliers, and procurement processes
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus
* Italian language is required
* Availability to work full-time on site
