Ph3Who we are looking for /h3 pWe are seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Distribution Center. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan, coordinate and monitor warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order assembly and dispatch /li liEnsure efficient use of space, equipment and resources while meeting quality, budget and environmental targets /li liMaintain accurate stock control systems and ensure inventory reliability /li liPlan operational capacity and anticipate future requirements /li liLead and support continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean principles /li liRecruit, train and develop staff, monitoring performance and fostering teamwork /li liEnsure compliance with EHS, hygiene and security standards /li liCommunicate daily priorities to Team Leaders and ensure alignment across the operation /li liMaintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and monitor service quality /li liSupporte the achievement of cost budget targets and contributing to the DC’s financial stability /li liOversee maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liDegree or equivalent in logistics, management or related fields /li liBe familiar with ISO 90001 standard /li liSolid experience in warehouse management and logistics operations /li liStrong knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS systems /li liFamiliarity with Lean Management and continuous improvement methodologies /liliEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher /li /ul h3Personal Characteristics /h3 ul liExcellent communication, leadership and organizational skills /li liStrong analytical mindset and ability to work with KPIs /li liA proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and plan ahead /li /ul h3Inclusion and Diversity /h3 pColoplast is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and future candidates.
