HexErgy is an innovative cleantech startup revolutionizing the way energy communities are created and managed. Driven by the vision of a sustainable future and the growing need for energy transition, we’ve developed a SaaS platform powered by blockchain that supports energy communities end-to-end from design to implementation and ongoing management. As a Junior Frontend Developer, you’ll contribute to shaping the face of our platform. Working closely with our design and backend teams, you’ll help build intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces in React.js, with opportunities to support mobile development in React Native. Ensuring a smooth, user-friendly experience on both web and mobile platforms. Collaborating with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions. We’re looking for someone early in their career with at least 1-3 years experience who is eager to learn, proactive, and passionate about building great user experiences. You have a strong foundation in modern frontend development and a keen eye for detail, and you enjoy collaborating in a fast-moving startup environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience : 1–3 years in frontend development roles. React.js : Solid understanding of React principles and workflows. Basic experience with React Native for mobile app development. JavaScript : Strong skills in modern JavaScript (ES6+). HTML/CSS : Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, responsive layouts, and cross-browser compatibility. API Integration : UI/UX Collaboration : English : Good communication skills in English. Italian : Good communication skills in Italian. Experience with data visualization libraries (ApexCharts, D3.js). Familiarity with Git version control. Exposure to Agile methodologies.
