You will play a pivotal role that combines the analytical mindset of a Business Analyst with technical expertise, often bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul liRequirement Elicitation and Analysis: Gather requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications that guide the development process /li liBusiness Entity Analysis and Data Modelling: Analyze business entities to understand their attributes, relationships, and interactions /li liDesign and validate data models that accurately reflect business processes and requirements, ensuring data integrity and consistency /li liThese data models will be used by the IT Product team to support the integration of business data with technology solutions /li liJoint Work refinement: With with Technical Architect and the IT product team to refine the goals to work items with clear acceptance criteria that define functionality from the an outcome perspective /li liIntegration Planning: Plan and oversee the integration of business data with the technology solutions, mapping data sources and defining data transformation rules /li liDesign: Input into high-level solution design that the IT Product team can use as a means to guide the low level design and solutions and use that to feed into test strategy /li liSolution validation and outcome verification /li liTesting and Validation: Input into and review test plans and scenarios to validate that the technology solutions meet business requirements, participating in reviewing test phases to ensure data accuracy and system functionality /li liDocumentation: Create documentation, including high-level business requirements, functional specifications, data mapping and process maps /li liDesign Decisions and Scope validation: capture and maintain design decisions, delivered outcome vs expected outcomes so that these can feed into future requirements and roadmap /li liFeedback and Calibration /li liStakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Maintain clear communication and scope separation between external teams and the IT Product team, ensuring alignment and understanding of requirements, risks and constraints /li liPerformance Calibration: Continuously monitor the performance of the technology capability against the business outcomes and strategy, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and suggesting future enhancements as inputs to future roadmap /li /ul h3What You'll Bring Along /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is required /li liMinimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role is required /li liAdvanced knowledge regarding Agile methodology /li liExperience with requirements analysis /li liAdvanced experience with user story creation /li liGood understanding of Unified Communications Systems for end users, telephony technologies, including both Microsoft Teams-based solutions and SIP phone systems /li liStrong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data clearly and accurately. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing reports, minutes, and other project documentation. /li liExperience with projects with end-customer focus /li liWell-structured and organized working methodology /li liExcellent English verbal and written skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
